1. The bowl should move at least once in 24 hours. On waking up visit the toilet until this habit of early morning evacuation is established.

2. moderate exercise after meal is very helpful. Never lie down or go to sleep immediately after eating , Rather sit in Vajrasana for a short while & then go for short walk.

3. Taking plenty of outdoor exercise ,brisk waking ,swimming , cycling & so forth is essential for healthy digestion.

4. Take cold bath only ,in morning & evening.

5. Laxative drugs should be avoided as they are very harmful & it is easy to form an addiction & become dependent on them for all bowel movement.
