Your brain is the strongest computer on this planet. It may lapse because you continue to spend much of or existence stuffing your brain with stuff. In those some are meaningful at the same time some are worthless stuff. Despite being powerful your brain need recuperation time , to keep it in shape & also an occasional charge.

Think of it as tune up for your brain. It is very silly to skip brain maintenance because some people think that it is not necessary to supercharge the brain. But making brain to work efficiently, it is very compulsory to recharge it through some recreational activities. Here are some things you can begin doing as soon as today to begin the great brain tune up.

1. Exercising the Mind : Physical exercise is essential for a strong body , in the same way mental exercise equally essential for a sharp & agile mind. Children have far more brain power than adults , because they have playful minds. A playful mind exhibits superior memory power. Engage your mind in some activities that make your mind active & playful like blogging , reading , painting , playing crossword puzzle , interact with others & learning new skills etc.

2. Having sound Sleep : It is proven fact that the long-term memory is consolidated during sleep through replaying the images that it experiences throughout the day. The subconscious mind stores these images & other related information through these repeated playback program.

3. Dissolve stress though simple Pleasures : Stress ridden mind consumes much of your memory resources to leave you with a feeble mind. It drains your brainpower. 8. Having light Dinner : Having heavy meal at night increases a prolonged emotional stress while at sleep. So it is wise to eat heavy during the day when body is in motion to consume the heavy intake. Eating a light meal with some fruits helps to sleep well. A good night sleep strengthen you brainpower.

9. Fast for a Day : Fasting cleans and detoxifies the body. It is known fact that heavy food not only causes stress on our digestive system but also drains brainpower. Fasting relieves toxic emotions such as anger, grief, worry, and fears - before they accumulate and cause disease. By cleansing toxic emotions, fasting strengthens metal clarity with increases memory, concentration, creativity and insight.

10. Temper Management : Food having excess starch & excess white bread can lead to nerve grafting effect. It results in violent & depressive behavior. Eating fresh vegetables , drinking plenty of water & practicing yoga help to relieve these toxic emotions of temper & help mood to swing.

11. Take Vitamin B-complex : Vitamin B-complex strengthens memory power. Eat food and vegetables high in Vitamin B-complex. Stay away from the starch food or white bread, which depletes the Vitamin B-complex necessary for a healthy mind.
