Increase your bust line with exercise

Every woman wants her body to be in perfect shape & size. Many women have small busts & they want to make them larger in order to make their body more attractive. There are various methods through which the size of bust can be increased like creams, surgery, bust lifting & through various medications. But all the artificial practices have some sort of side effects on your body.

The natural & safest way that should be adopted for this purpose is exercise. By following various exercises the size of bust can be increased. Various exercises van make the bust look larger & well shaped. Here are explained simple exercises that can help the women who want to increase the size of their bust. If you want to achieve a better & more desired shape of the body, adopt these exercises & follow them properly.

1. The elbow touch squeeze & lift : The first exercise is the elbow touch squeeze & lift, which involves sitting comfortably on the chair with stomach muscles nicely tight. Then slightly press the shoulders down, raising the arms out to the sides. Then bend the elbows to enter the chest in the flying position. Side by side, take deep breaths through your nose & squeeze your chest muscles. While touching the elbow, exhale & repeat this action three times. Rest for 30 seconds & then repeat the action in two more sets.

2. Laying arm lifts : The second exercise is laying arm lifts. You need to lie with legs & feet together & extend the arms straight with fingers in fist position out over the head. Aligning the arm with the chest, squeeze the breast pectoral muscles. Exhale though the mouth while alternating the arms back & forth, making you away to the centre. In this exercise also you need to rest for 30 seconds & then repeat the exercise in two sets.

3. The squeeze arm cross : Third exercise for this purpose is the squeeze arm cross. You can do this exercise while standing or sitting. The palms should be facing each other, fingers should be in a straight, pointed position & arms should be positioned straight forward with shoulders wide apart. Squeeze your chest muscles while crossing the hands one over another. Alternate the position of hands & repeat the exercise. You need to repeat this 10 times. Rest for 30 seconds & do the exercise in two more sets.

With practice of above said exercises they will not only help you to provide good shape to your breast but also keep your body healthy & fit. To get best results, these exercises should be practiced on regular basis
